    TSI in many instances advises to buy even after large gains ( see Teck Resources when it was $ 62 a share ) and then the stock drops like a rock but TSI still says buy and only says sell or hold when almost all hope is lost ( see PGF ) TSI needs to advise “take profits” or “protect gains” or similar when a stock has risen and maybe temporarily stalls or begins to drop ( see both examples given ).
