RESTAURANT BRANDS INTERNATIONAL INC. $66 (www.rbi.com) plans to stop using chickens raised with human antibiotics at its Burger King and Tim Hortons fast-food outlets. These drugs help prevent infections, but their overuse increases the risk of developing new antibioticresistant bacteria. The company expects to complete the switch at its U.S. outlets in 2017, and at its Canadian stores in 2018. However, many of its main competitors have already switched. Hold. POTASH CORP. OF SASKATCHEWAN $25 (www.potashcorp.com) has dropped about 50% since early 2015, as high global inventories of potash fertilizer decreased selling prices. Canpotex is the marketing joint venture that sells the company’s potash fertilizer to customers outside of Canada and the U.S. (Potash Corp., Agrium Inc. and U.S.-based Mosaic Co. each own a third of this business.)
