It merged with the nutrition and biosciences business of DuPont (New York symbol DD) in February 2021. DuPont shareholders now own 55.4% of the combined company, with IFF shareholders holding the rest. Under a new restructuring plan, IFF will re-organize and streamline its operations. It expects these moves will deliver an additional $100 million in annual savings in the wake of the DuPont merger. As a result, it now expects to realize annual savings of between $350 million and $400 million by the end of 2025.
