The company is headquartered in Calgary, Alberta. Black Diamond operates through two business segments or “solutions”: Modular Space Solutions (45% of total revenue) rents, sells, and services modular buildings of various types and sizes to construction, industrial, education, and government customers. Brands include BOXX Modular, Britco, and MPA. Workforce Solutions (55%) provides workforce housing and associated services mainly in western Canada.
