I made money on Arise Technologies a few years ago. I see that it is back down again. Is there more opportunity to make gains?

Arise Technologies Corp., $0.22, symbol APV on Toronto (Shares outstanding: 126.8 million; Market cap: $27.9 million), is a Waterloo, Ontario-based solar-technology company. Arise first sold shares to the public at $0.75 each, and began trading on Toronto in July 2003. Arise has three divisions: 1) The PV (photovoltaic) cell division develops high-efficiency solar cells based on Arise’s own technology. Last July, Arise started production at its first PV solar-cell manufacturing plant in Germany. Arise built the plant with the help of $35 million in grants from the German government. To cut the riskiness of this new venture, and because Arise’s cell technology wasn’t fully developed, Arise used existing solar-cell designs for the plant’s first production line. Arise plans to add three more production lines at the plant. These will build PV cells using Arise’s own technology, and the first line will begin full production this year.
