Dear Inner Circle member, Lots of good news came to light for the economy and market this past week. The U.S. unemployment rate stayed at 4.1% for a second month in a row, a 17-year low. Hurricanes in August and September hurt hiring, but it snapped back quickly, and a wide range of job seekers found work. Here’s one particularly hopeful sign: for workers over 25 without a high-school diploma, the jobless rate fell to 5.2% in November. That’s the lowest figure on record for this group since the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics began tracking it 25 years ago, in 1992. The figure is down from 5.7% in October, and from 6.5% in September. The economy seems headed for a third straight quarter of growth at close to 3%. That’s a 13-year record, and a big improvement over the many recent years near 2% growth. Business investment is speeding up, consumer confidence remains strong, and most of the global economy is expanding…
