Colliers continues to fuel its growth through acquisitions. Its latest is WPM Group NV, the leading property management firm in the Netherlands. The purchase price was not disclosed. Founded in 1987, WPM employs 180 people from five offices. Colliers will combine WPM with its existing operations in the Netherlands. The new unit will have 4.5 million square feet of real estate under management. Colliers International Group is still a hold.
