ATLAS COLD STORAGE INCOME FUND $6.26 (Toronto symbol FZR.UN; SI Rating: Speculative) provides temperature-controlled storage and logistics services to processors, distributors, food service providers and retailers across North America. Growing losses forced Atlas to halt distributions in 2003. Although it’s now slightly profitable, and has resumed distributions (for a 5.3% yield), the company still trades at over 78 times earnings.

Atlas Cold Storage is a sell.
