What are your forecasts for Ivernia? It has had a tough time with the Australian government and has faced difficulty in transporting its lead concentrate, as you are aware. Is this a vendetta by the Australian government? Your opinion would be appreciated.

Ivernia suspended production at its Magellan lead mine in Western Australia in April 2007, after the Port of Esperance blocked shipments due to bird fatalities from lead poisoning. Esperance is 700 kilometers from Ivernia’s mine. On July 27, 2012, the company received Ministerial Statement 905, which contains its new transportation and operating conditions for the Magellan mine. This clarification is a step forward, but the company still needs to prove it can safely ship concentrate, likely in sealed bulk bags. It must also conduct an environmental risk assessment and get approval from the Environmental Protection Authority of Western Australia in conjunction with the Department of Mines and Petroleum of Western Australia.
