They include Wrangler, Lee, and Rock & Republic. Kontoor also operates retail outlets. In May 2019, former parent company VF spun off Kontoor as a separate firm. VF shareholders received one share in the new company for every seven of their VF shares. Due to the COVID-19 shutdown of retail stores, Kontoor’s sales in the quarter ended June 30, 2020, fell 42.7%, to $349.3 million from $609.7 million a year earlier.
