Hi Pat: First thanks for the great service you give your members. I bought some Canada Lithium (CLQ) at $1.09 and sold it at $1.79, but I wonder if I should buy some shares again at the current price.

Canada Lithium, $1.42, symbol CLQ on Toronto (Shares outstanding: 151.7 million; Market cap: $215.4 million; www.canadalithium.com), has completed the feasibility study on its Quebec Lithium Project, near Val d’Or, Quebec. (Lithium is used in batteries for electric cars and hybrids.) The company now plans to build an open-pit mine and processing plant on the site, and start full production in 2013. This operation would be capable of producing about 44 million pounds of battery-grade lithium carbonate a year for 15 years. The project includes a former lithium carbonate mine from the 1950s and 1960s. Canada Lithium has an agreement with major Japanese metals trading firm Mitsui and Co. Ltd. to market some of the mine’s lithium carbonate in China, Korea and Japan. The companies signed the deal after metallurgical tests produced battery-grade lithium from the Quebec project’s high-grade ore.
