The ETF’s top ten holdings are: RioCan REIT at 19.6%, H&R REIT (14.2%), Smart REIT (9.1%), Canadian Apartment Properties REIT (8.6%), Canadian REIT (7.8%), Allied Properties REIT (6.4%), Cominar REIT (5.8%), Granite REIT (4.3%), Boardwalk REIT (4.1%), and Artis REIT (3.9%).
After that, the fund’s breakdown includes Dream Office REIT at 3.8%, followed by Milestone Apartments REIT (3.0%), Crombie REIT (2.6%), Pure Industrial REIT (2.3%), Dream Global REIT (2.1%) and Northview Apartment REIT (2.1%).
