H.B. FULLER COMPANY, $76.95, symbol FUL on New York, is one of the world’s largest providers of adhesives, sealants, and other specialty chemical products. It sells its products in 35 countries, including North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. The company has 7,200 employees worldwide, including 2,600 in the U.S. It was founded in St. Paul, Minnesota, in 1887. In the three months ended March 2, 2024, Fuller’s overall revenue was $810.4 million, up slightly from $809.2 million a year earlier. Excluding one-time items, the company earned $37.9 million, or $0.67 a share, in the latest quarter. That was 23.1% higher than $30.8 million, or $0.55. H.B. Fuller will increase its quarterly dividend by 8.5% with the May 2024 payment, to $0.2225 a share from $0.21. The new annual rate of $0.89 yields 1.2%.
